Camp Dates: June 24, 2024 - August 30, 2024

 

Our Hirscht-Defilippo tennis academy will take place at Sterling Farms this summer.  We will be a running a small personal training program that will offer players an opportunity to make great strides in their development.

The program will have two training groups and will include a full warm up and stretching program as well as a dynamic fitness program led by Jason Clement, Director of the highly acclaimed athletic training company, Bluestreak.

The day will be broken into 3 main components: technical/movement, fitness and point structure.  Our goal is for each player to experience life with a full time training schedule. We would also like to meet with the parents of each player prior to the beginning of camp to discuss an individualized development plan for each player.

We will be accepting full week registrations first, however we will also be reserving a few weekly spots for players coming back late or leaving early for tournaments.

 

All placements in groups will be  determined by John Defilippo and Patrick Hirscht

Group 1 : Daily schedule Monday-Thursday

8:00-8:30am Full stretch and dynamic workout

8:30-10am Technical development session

10:00-10:45am Group fitness session

10:45am -11:30am Lunch

11:30-1:00pm Point structure session

Friday Training schedule is 11:00am-2:00pm

Program Cost: $5400.00 Full Summer Training Pass $675 per week $175 per day

Group 2 : Daily schedule Monday-Thursday

9:30-10:00am Full stretch and dynamic warm up

10:00-11:30am Technical development session

11:30-12:15am Group fitness session

12:15am -1:00pm Lunch

1:00pm-3:00pm Point structure session

Friday Training schedule is 8:00am-11:00am

Program Cost: $5400.00 Full Summer Training Pass $675 per week $175 per day

Patrick Hirscht

Director
Patrick Hirscht has been coaching for 20 years both in big academy and in private coaching settings. Patrick has coached some of the best players in the U.S. with one of his players ranking in the top 20 in the word junior rankings as well as winning a junior Grand Slam double title at the U.S. Open.
